Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate CNAs for full-time night shifts to support residents with daily care, comfort, safety, and well-being. Join a team committed to excellence and a culture that values your contributions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Current state CNA certification required.
• Knowledge of MatrixCare is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Attend to residents' daily needs: bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulation.
• Take and record vital signs; assist with lifting and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize changes in resident conditions and report to a nurse.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, peers and supervisors.
• Support nursing staff and follow directions for duties as assigned.
