Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare Inc. in Abbeville, SC is seeking a Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide supportive services to nursing staff and assist residents with activities of daily living.

The role requires working 11:00PM-7:15AM every other weekend and maintaining licensure in good standing with South Carolina. Qualified candidates will hold a High School diploma or equivalent and a SC CNA certification with no disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State of South Carolina.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No disciplinary action in effect against certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide supportive services to nurses and staff and perform assigned duties.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living in accordance with care plans/personal care records.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services during meals and document intake.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Record weights and report changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Monitor skin condition and report issues such as pressure areas or skin tears.
• Assist with toileting program activities.
• Complete flow sheets and communicate progress to supervision.
• Notify nurse of factors interfering with work performance.
• Report changes in residents' condition to nurse and supervisor.
