Memorial Regional Health in Craig, CO is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for night shift (full-time, on-site). The role involves monitoring patient conditions, performing basic nursing tasks, documenting care, and maintaining HIPAA compliance. Weekend coverage may be required.

BLS certification is preferred and prior CNA/Med-Surg experience are appreciated. The position offers a competitive pay range ($18.21-$26.87/hour DOE) and requires US work authorization along with a background check

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 for positions requiring driving, with a valid driver’s license).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable).
• Must complete an Employee Health meeting prior to starting employment.
• Current BLS certification (or be obtained within ninety (90) days of hire) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Performs delegated and basic nursing skills including activities of daily living, providing nutritional support, and other standards of care.
• Documents care as provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
• Communicates with patients, families, and care team members clearly and promptly.
• Completes documentation of care/behaviors accurately per facility guidelines.
• Respects patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA and facility guidelines.
• Recognizes and reports changes in patient condition.
• Demonstrates caring attitudes to build therapeutic relationships.
• Demonstrates respect and empathy with diverse patients.
• Follows facility safety procedures.
• Occasional weekend work to support special events.
