Job summary

Garden City Healthcare Center in Modesto, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time NOC/overnight shifts. You will provide routine daily nursing care under licensed staff, assist with ADLs, monitor residents, and document changes in condition.

Qualifications

• Current CA CNA license required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report changes in residents’ conditions to the Charge Nurse or Nurse Supervisor.
• Accurately document care provided in flow sheets, charts, and notes.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting.
• Measure and record vital signs and weights as instructed.
• Monitor residents to ensure comfort, safety, and personal care needs are met.
