Job summary

North Capitol Nursing and Rehabilitation is hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants for night shifts in Indianapolis, Indiana. CNAs provide direct care, assist residents with daily activities, and support a warm, homelike environment that prioritizes dignity and respect.

Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, daily tasks, and offering companionship while working closely with nursing staff to ensure safe, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
