Villa Serena Healthcare Center in Long Beach, CA seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our team on a FULL-TIME NOC shift (11:00pm–7:00am). The CNA provides personal care, monitors residents, and supports daily activities under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with CNA program completion.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift/move patients and stand long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care for residents under supervision of licensed staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, dining).
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Ensure patient safety during transfers and mobility.
• Maintain a clean, organized patient care environment.
• Adhere to HIPAA to protect patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality care.
• Keep unit running smoothly with strong organizational skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
