Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time CNA to join the Resource Team in Lakeland, FL. This role supports inpatient units across sites, floats as needed, and works nights from 7pm to 7am with self-scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of inpatient CNA experience, current BLS, and a GED or HS diploma. The pay range is $20.80–$31.20 per hour with a $6 float shift differential and holidays to be worked.

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent inpatient CNA experience in an acute care hospital required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN with daily patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility).
• Record vital signs and intake/output in EMR.
• Perform rounds and communicate needs to RN.
• Support admission/transfer/discharge processes.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices.
