Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving preferred.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide overnight monitoring and ensure resident safety.
• Support residents with toileting, repositioning, and comfort needs.
• Document care provided and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and calm environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure continuity of care.
