Job summary

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of Oklahoma.
• Experience in skilled nursing facilities or rehab settings preferred.
• Ability to lift and transfer residents safely.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Take and record vital signs (BP, temp, pulse, respiration).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning to prevent pressure injuries.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutritional needs.
• Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful environment.
• Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow infection control policies and safety procedures.
• Assist nursing staff with other duties as assigned.
