Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, with a bi-weekly float bonus.

The role requires at least 6 months CNA experience, QMAP certification, and Colorado CNA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience.
• Must have QMAP Certification.
• Current Colorado CNA certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to residents in daily living activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Follow personal care plans focusing on resident preferences.
• Support residents with activities and programs as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs promptly.
