Job summary

Tidelands Health in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)/Clinical Secretary to support both patient care and clerical duties on the nursing unit.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing direct patient assistance under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Requires CNA/Nursing Assistant training and medical terminology knowledge, with BLS within 30 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma combined with Medical Terminology or Nursing Assistant training.
• Nursing Assistant course completion is acceptable.
• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties on a nursing unit including answering the telephone and relaying messages.
• Act as a receptionist, receiving and directing visitors and ambulatory patients.
• Provide direct patient care services as assigned by the Clinical Director.
• Assist with patient needs and support the healthcare team.
