Job summary

The 36-bed unit delivers specialty care for cardiac and stroke patients with the Care Pair Model pairing an RN and a CNA to enhance patient care and staff satisfaction.

The CNA will support activities of daily living, assist with telemetry, and work as part of a collaborative team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care during nocturnal shifts.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required or equivalent.
• Experience or ability to work in a Cardiology/Stroke unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and activities of daily living.
• Assist with telemetry monitoring and patient mobility.
• Collaborate with RN to ensure safe, efficient patient care during night shift.
• Communicate patient needs and care plans effectively.
