Responsibilities

Attend to residents' personal care needs (bathing, feeding, dressing, ambulating).
Take and record patient vital signs.
Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager.
Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
Report abnormal patterns to nursing staff promptly.
Assist the nurse with duties as directed.
