Job summary

BeeHive Homes of Broken Arrow is seeking a compassionate CMA or CNA to join our family-style assisted living and memory care community for overnight care.

This part-time/PRN role runs 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, Monday through Wednesday. responsibilities include ADLs, safety monitoring, two-hour checks, and accurate documentation; CMA may administer medications per policy and Oklahoma regulations. CPR/First Aid is required, and in-house training is provided to support compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma CMA or CNA certification required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Attend mandatory in-house in‑service …
• Dependable, reliable, and committed to providing quality care.
• Experience in assisted living, dementia care, or memory care is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care, including ADLs and toileting, repositioning, and incontinence care.
• CMA ONLY: Administer medications as authorized and per policy and Oklahoma regulations.
• Monitor residents during the night to ensure safety and well-being.
• Complete required 2-hour resident checks and changes.
• Follow the night shift get-up list and assist with morning routines.
• Respond to call lights and resident needs promptly.
• Document resident care and report changes to the DON.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment.
• Collaborate with team to deliver exceptional resident care.
