Qualifications

• Available to work night shifts 6 PM–11:30 PM, including weekends/holidays.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform thorough closing procedures including floor cleaning, dishwashing, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure exceptional cleanliness and readiness for the next day’s operations.
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Complete all closing tasks independently and efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with training and operational changes.
