You will deliver signature Chick-fil-A service with enthusiasm, help with food prep and safety, maintain a clean dining area, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, signature Chick-fil-A service with a smile and enthusiasm
• Work flexibly in both Front of House and Back of House roles as needed
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly kitchen and dining area
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Follow all safety, dress code, and operational standards
• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Stay updated on new products and complete ongoing training
