Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the nursing operations on a designated unit in Atlanta. The role requires strong leadership and clinical expertise to maintain high-quality patient care around the clock.

The successful candidate will supervise staff, ensure compliance, and collaborate with the unit team to meet patient needs. Shifts are from 7pm to 7am, with rotating weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years experience in clinical area with a minimum of one (1) year in area of specialty.
• Current license in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or Nurse Compact (NLC/eNLC) or Multistate license
• Must hold Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the nursing operations of a unit.
• In the absence of the Manager or Director, may assume 24-hour nursing responsibility.
• Works with a unit specific patient population.
