Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to identify, coordinate, and assign staffing resources for clinical units. You will monitor staffing levels to match patient census and acuity, using scheduling software and inputs from business units.

The role requires a high degree of accuracy with computers and a minimum 3 years in admin/staffing/payroll. A hospital environment experience is preferred and the position is night shift, full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years admin/staffing/payroll experience.
• Experience using computers with a high degree of accuracy.
• Experience in a hospital environment and in clinical service support functions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, coordinate and assign staffing resources for clinical units across the system.
• Monitor staff resources to ensure adequate staffing according to patient census and acuity.
• Provide input from scheduling software, requests from business units and administrative feedback to allocate staffing.
