Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Research Technician in Dallas for a full-time overnight weekday shift with some weekend work. You will interact with healthy volunteers, perform phlebotomy, and collect and process samples per study protocols in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and phlebotomy experience; EMT, CMA, or CNA certifications are preferred, with about 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required.
• 1 year of related experience.
• EMT, CMA or CNA certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with healthy volunteer participants and follow clinical protocols.
• Accurately perform blood pressure, venipuncture, weights, pulse, respiratory rate, and temperature readings.
• Prepare and record ECGs/Holters as specified in the protocol.
• Collect and process biological samples and ensure proper distribution.
• Monitor dietary compliance and assist with room and equipment preparation.
• Support screening procedures and maintain a clean, safe study environment.
