Job summary

Evolution Research Group (ERG) is recruiting a Research Assistant to support Phase I–IV clinical trials. You will ensure compliance with protocol and regulatory standards under FDA guidelines, perform vital tasks, and contribute to data integrity and specimen handling in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires willingness to work a NIGHT SHIFT, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail while collaborating with cross-functional teams at ERG’s sites across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Understand regulatory requirements, GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Knowledgeable in medical terminology.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare source documents for study visits.
• Perform vitals, ECGs, and phlebotomy.
• Data Entry from patient visit.
• Ship and process specimens.
• Undertake protocol trainings as assigned.
• General office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning.
• This role may include additional responsibilities as needed by ERG.
