Job summary

Baptist Health Princeton Hospital is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for night shifts from 8:30p to 7a. The role performs basic pharmacist procedures in alignment with policy and patient care goals.

As a member of the pharmacy team, you will dispense medications, document care, participate in rounds, and ensure safety and compliance with hospital standards. Benefits start day one and include retirement, HSA, FSA, PTO, life insurance, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required (PharmD or BS).
• Licensed by the Alabama Board of Pharmacy in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of safety, emergency and risk management procedures.
• Dispenses medications and IV fluids per policy and procedures.
• Documents care and participates in patient rounds and multidisciplinary activities.
• Maintains compliance with hospital policies and quality improvements program.
