Job summary

Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) at Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL. Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required upon hire.
• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience; 1 year supervisory preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily nursing operations and supervise clinical staff.
• Ensure quality patient care, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, workflow, and resource utilization.
• Coach, mentor, train, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Drive quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Serve as unit leader in the absence of the Director or Nurse Manager.
• Provide direct patient care as needed within RN scope of practice.
