Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required for the role.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical laboratory experience; 4 years of experience preferred.
• Licensure: Clinical Lab Scientist license or California equivalent; limited licenses may be accepted with scope limitations.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-complexity chemistry, hematology, microbiology and blood bank testing.
• Execute QC/QA procedures and preventive maintenance.
• Review and report results following hospital and laboratory policies.
