Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18+ if performing phlebotomy.

• Phlebotomy/CLA certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare patient samples: collection, labeling, and proper handling.
• Perform waived and moderate complexity testing under supervision as allowed.
• Maintain QC, troubleshoot basic issues, and monitor specimen integrity.
• Assist with inventory, consumables, and department cost-control efforts.
• Provide courteous, professional communication with internal and external customers.
