Job Overview

The Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Akron, Ohio location.

Responsibilities

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems to remove grease from hoods, ducts and roof fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

Physical Requirements

• Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
• Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs., a minimum of 100 feet.
• Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
• Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
