Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia is seeking a Lead Worker for Commercial Services in Midlothian to supervise and train associates performing janitorial duties at designated sites, with a Mon–Fri night schedule (9:30 pm–6:00 am).

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of related experience, and background checks. Evening and weekend availability may be required; no professional certifications needed.

• Associates in the position will be required to pass criminal and sex offender background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to associates in janitorial/housekeeping duties.
• Ensure daily and periodic tasks are completed to quality standards.
• Process paperwork for shifts, complaints, and service tickets.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and request additional items as needed using a just-in-time system.
