Job summary

ABM industries in Boise, ID seeks a reliable Lead to supervise daily facility operations, delegate assignments, and guide the team when the Manager is not present. The Lead ensures policy compliance and safety standards are maintained at the W Airport Way site.

The role includes operating cleaning equipment, handling chemicals, training new hires, scheduling, reporting issues, and ensuring quality of work. Pay is $23.00 per hour, with shifts Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:00am.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
• At least 1 year of similar work experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to team members.
• Oversee cleaning operations in assigned building.
• Checks supplies, equipment and chemicals weekly.
• Reports damaged, broken and out-of-work features/items.
• Oversee and perform additional service requests.
• Ensures quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.
• Trains new hires in onboarding procedures.
• Completes and validates time records for staff.
