Job summary

ABM Industries Inc. is seeking a reliable Lead to oversee facility operations at our Boise, ID location. The role involves coordinating daily tasks, delegating jobs, and providing supervision in the Manager's absence to ensure policies and procedures are followed.

The position includes operating specialized equipment and handling cleaning chemicals to support janitorial duties. The role is based on-site with a Monday–Friday night shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am.

• Ability to follow policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily facility operations and delegate tasks to team members.
• Provide supervision at the site when the Manager is not present.

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Lead to ensure all facility operations follow policies and procedures. They coordinate daily operations by delegating job assignments and providing guidance. A Lead provides supervision at an assigned location when the Manager is not present. The Shift Leader demonstrates established standards to keep the buildings/facilities clean and safe for all workers and customers. This role involves operating specialized equipment, handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

Pay Rate: is $23.00 -$23.00 an hour.

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.

Shift Monday - Friday 10:00pm - 6:00am
