Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a dedicated Floater to maintain clean, organized, and disinfected workspaces. The role covers interior cleaning across offices, stairwells, and common areas, including floors, windows, and restrooms. You will vacuum, mop, and replenish supplies while ensuring safety and proper log maintenance.

The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds, and working a 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Clean interiors of buildings: floors, carpets, rugs, windows and walls.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors across offices, hallways, lobbies and restrooms.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools and phones.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling.
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions; maintain cleaning log.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and close doors at end of shift.
