Job summary

CCS Facility Services is seeking a floater janitorial associate to keep client workplaces clean, organized, and disinfected. You will perform interior cleaning on floors, windows, and furniture, and restore cleanliness across offices, corridors, and common areas.

Shifts run Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and strict adherence to safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment for colleagues and customers alike.

Responsibilities

• Clean the interior of buildings, including floors, carpets, windows, walls and general tasks.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in offices, rooms, corridors, lobbies, lounges, and other areas.
• Disinfect desks, door handles, office tools, phones and commonly used items.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors; empty trash and recycling containers.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisors.
• Close doors at end of night shift and report unsafe conditions.
