Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a dedicated team member for third shift housekeeping in the Greensboro, NC area. You will maintain a clean, healthy environment for customers by performing standard cleaning duties and following trained procedures.

This role requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Applicants must have their own transportation, be willing to learn, and pass a criminal background check.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper, or housekeeping supervisor is a plus, but not required.
• On-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Attend initial training orientation to learn procedures, products, and expectations.
• Perform cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, window cleaning, etc.) using provided tools.
• Be on time, dependable, and maintain a positive attitude with coworkers and customers.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and follow PPE requirements.
• Open/lock facilities and manage security as required.
• Wear provided uniform shirt and comply with appearance standards.
• Communicate in English.
