Job summary

TEC Services is seeking a Full-Time Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe environment at designated locations in Pennsylvania. You will perform routine janitorial duties, handle cleaning equipment safely, and follow schedules to support client expectations.

Night shifts and travel to sites may be required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong safety practices and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work night shifts and travel to assigned locations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of floors, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash receptacles.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces and restock supplies as needed.
• Follow cleaning schedules, report maintenance concerns, and complete checklists.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and wear PPE as required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding daily tasks.
