Job summary

HES is seeking a Third Shift Cleaner to join our Dayton facilities team, responsible for keeping hallways, classrooms, offices, restrooms, and common areas clean and sanitary. The role supports an efficient educational environment and requires reliable performance in a custodial setting.

The position operates during a night schedule: 10pm–5am Monday through Thursday and 5pm–9pm Friday. Previous cleaning experience is a plus, and a background check is required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school degree preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Previous cleaning experience a plus.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned areas to maintain daily upkeep.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms.
• Polish and maintain surfaces, windows, and entry areas within the facility.
• Follow custodial supervisor directions and safety protocols.
