Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Packaging Operator to assemble and produce custom procedure trays in a Clean Room, following SOPs and strict quality standards. You will learn procedures, count components, and ensure correct packaging while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires high school education, ability to read and write English, and a commitment to safety and team collaboration. Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 11pm–7am, with mandatory overtime and a retention bonus program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Ability to understand and follow SOPs and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom procedure trays and identify components by description and vendor item number.
• Follow assembly instructions and place correct components into trays.
• Visually inspect components for defects and report issues to team lead.
• Verify conformance to specifications and document results.
• Wrap trays per customer specifications and sterile techniques.
• Ensure three job orders are ready for the line when applicable.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMP, and ISO policies.
• Perform additional duties as directed.
