Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking skilled Class A CDL delivery drivers for full-time night routes. You’ll drive overnight, drop and pick up deliveries accurately, and build strong customer relationships while meeting deadlines.

A clean driving record and DOT medical certification are required; local routes mean you’ll be home every day. The role emphasizes safety, independence, and reliable, timely service. Pay ranges from $30 to $35 per hour with daily overtime options and guaranteed 8 hours per day.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Fantastic communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Working overnight.
• Meeting time limits and deadlines.
• Accurately dropping off and picking up deliveries.
• Building positive customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Obtaining client signatures.
• Performing daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Following all FMCSA, DOT, and traffic laws and regulations.
• Solving problems and addressing customer concerns when appropriate.
