Job summary

W.B. Mason is seeking skilled Class A CDL Delivery Drivers for full-time night shifts in Connecticut. You’ll drop off and pick up deliveries, meet deadlines, and build positive customer relationships while operating safely.

We offer nightly home-time, daily overtime, guaranteed eight hours, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), life and disability insurance, and a company-paid phone plan. Must have 1+ year of driving and a clean CDL.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of driving experience
• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT medical certificate
• High school degree or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Working overnight
• Meeting time limits and deadlines
• Accurately dropping off and picking up deliveries
• Building positive customer relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
• Obtaining client signatures
• Performing daily pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Following FMCSA/DOT and traffic laws
• Solving problems and addressing customer concerns
