Kiewit is seeking a Lead Construction Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to oversee daily field activities, coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and safety compliance on a large project. You will train crews, monitor progress, and ensure work is performed to schedule and budget while maintaining quality workmanship.

Responsibilities include planning work sequences, maintaining records, and leading toolbox talks, with strong emphasis on safety and efficient operations on site.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant field experience.
• Ability to plan, train, and communicate safety practices.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, material control, and unit manhour performance.
• Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and lead craft workers.
• Strong communication, motivation, and teamwork skills.

• Plan, coordinate and organize people, equipment, tools and materials to promote safe, efficient construction.
• Ensure construction equipment is operated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, time sheets and daily management reports.
• Assist in developing weekly schedules and sequence of activities for crew.
• Ensure timely completion within estimated costs and uphold quality workmanship.
• Ensure crew safety and enforce safety rules.
• Lead toolbox meetings and communicate safety concerns and plans.
