Piper Companies is seeking a CIP Lead (Night Shift) in Holly Springs, NC to drive startup execution and equipment readiness for a state-of-the-art biologics facility. You will lead a night-shift team, oversee CIP systems, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, validation, quality, and manufacturing to ensure a smooth turnover of systems into routine operation.

The role requires hands-on startup, commissioning, and shakedown experience in regulated environments, plus strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or similar industrial environments.
• Hands-on involvement with startup, commissioning, shakedown or equipment turnover.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for process systems and equipment.
• Experience in GMP/regulated biopharma or related manufacturing settings.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup, shakedown, and readiness for CIP systems and utilities.
• Supervise night-shift operators and technicians for safe, compliant execution.
• Diagnose and resolve process, equipment, and operational issues during commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Foster safety, accountability, and continuous improvement with effective handovers.
