Job summary

Bongards Premium Cheese is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the night shift in Norwood, MN. The role runs 5 pm–5 am, four days one week and three days the next, including every other weekend.

You will be on the Slice Cheese production line, learning operations and ensuring safety and quality on all tasks. Responsibilities include following written instructions, upholding GMP and quality standards, reporting concerns, and performing sanitation duties as needed.

• Must be able to read and follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn and safely perform specific assigned position on our Slice Cheese production line.
• Report all food safety and quality concerns to immediate supervisor or their designated replacement.
• Perform sanitation duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead person.
