Job summary

Gossner Foods Inc. is seeking a night-shift production associate in Utah to help operate the cheese line. You will load smaller loafs onto a conveyor, learn the equipment, and work with the line lead to maintain quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, record keeping, timely changeovers, and basic line maintenance. Training pay starts at $19.05/hour with potential to reach $22.55/hour after meeting all skill levels.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis. Will be required to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Load smaller loafs of cheese into conveyor belt.
• Must be able to keep accurate records.
• Must be able to learn and be familiar with equipment.
• Must be able to communicate with the line lead.
• Must pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to do changer overs in a timely manner.
• Perform minor maintenance and up keep on line equipment.
