Gossner Foods Inc. is seeking a Cheese Packaging Operator in Logan, UT to join our production team. You will handle cheese blocks in the Vilutis line, bag, seal, and package them, then stack on pallets and move with a stand-up forklift.

Emphasis on labeling, stacking accuracy, sanitation, and quality checks. The role requires 18+, US work authorization, and ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 4:00 am–12:30 pm with rotating weekends; training pay starts at $19.10/hr, rising to

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass pre-employment background and drug checks.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Label and track cheese blocks on the Vilutis production line as they are bagged.
• Stack and palletize sealed cheese blocks for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the Vilutis Room per procedures.
• Perform product checks and follow paperwork guidelines to ensure quality.
• Sample cheese and label products for testing to meet quality standards.
