Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Night shift to join the patient care team. This full-time role offers 36 hours per week across 3/12s and a sign-on bonus eligibility.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care while maintaining a supportive environment and collaborating with providers and staff. You will participate in performance improvement, maintain competencies, mentor others, uphold confidentiality and safety, and support

Qualificações

• Nursing degree required or higher.
• Active nursing license upon hire and BLS certification.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates patient conditions.
• Assists with care plans and coordinates actions to meet short/long-term outcomes.
• Delivers care as outlined, with appropriate independent judgment.
• Communicates care plans with the care team.
• Prioritizes daily patient flow and experience.
• Maintains documentation of assessments, changes, and care delivered.
