Qualifications

• Graduation from Accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Florida RN licensure.
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association.
• Current ACLS through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility for planning and providing direct/indirect nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinates multi-disciplinary team members and directs/educates other nursing personnel to achieve optimal health care outcomes in line with Manatee Health policies.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.
