Job summary
Manatee Memorial Hospital in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking a Charge Nurse for Med Surg 2RS to lead shift operations and coordinate direct and indirect nursing care. You will supervise a multidisciplinary team, educate staff, and ensure care aligns with hospital policies and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications
- Graduation from an Accredited School of Nursing.
- Current Florida RN licensure.
- Minimum of one year acute care experience.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- BSN preferred.
- Current BLS through American Heart Association.
- Current ACLS through American Heart Association.
Responsibilities
- Plan and provide direct/indirect nursing care to patients, families, and others under supervision.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary team members to optimize health outcomes.
- Direct and educate nursing staff to ensure care quality and policy compliance.
- Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times and support unit operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
