Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a seasoned nurse leader to oversee the 3CD Surgical unit during the 1900–0730 night shift. This full-time role runs 36 hours per week with rotating weekends and holidays, requiring attendance at monthly meetings and classes.

You will provide clinical oversight, mentor staff, drive quality improvement, coordinate emergency responses, advocate for patients, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain effective communication and staffing with optimal use of resources.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification within 6 months unless exempt.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
