Responsibilities

• Oversee real-time patient movement in ED from arrival to disposition.
• Serve as clinical resource and troubleshooter for bedside nurses.
• Facilitate clear communication among ED staff, physicians, specialists, and EMS.
• Mentor new nurses and support team members.
