Job summary

Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate nurses to join a newly managed facility and provide high-quality care in a supportive environment. This full-time role offers evening to overnight shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) and a fresh start with a team that values your growth.

Daily Pay is available, along with health, dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities. You’ll work closely with residents and families to improve lives and support care plans in

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and resident-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and assist with ADLs.
• Document care accurately and follow care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide emotional support and build relationships with those you care for.

Your Responsibilities:
