Pana Health & Rehab Center is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Charge Nurse (RN) to lead the overnight nursing team in Pana, IL. This Full-Time role offers night-specific leadership, medication administration, and direct resident supervision in a compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision during the night shift.
• Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the Director of Nursing.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care throughout the shift.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident care plans.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and efficiently.

What You'll Do
