Job summary

AdventHealth in Winter Park, FL is seeking a PCT/CNA to support patient care under the direction of a registered nurse. You will perform treatments, maintain safety and hygiene, document procedures, and communicate clearly with patients and the healthcare team.

The role requires a high school diploma, BLS CPR certification, and CNA or equivalent credentials. Prior bedside care is preferred. This on-site night shift offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv (Required).
• 1+ applicable PCT experience (Preferred).
• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) (Required).
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) or equivalent credential (CPCT/A, NCPCT, PCT-C, EMT) required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs treatments according to policy and procedure, providing patient care appropriate to age, mobility, acuity, and culture.
• Functions appropriately in clinical emergencies.
• Documents procedures in accordance with department policy.
• Maintains a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assists in identifying patient needs and reports abnormalities to the registered nurse.
