Job summary

Buckner Retirement Services Community Westminster Place in Longview, TX is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join our onsite team. The CNA will provide physical and emotional support to residents, assist with daily living activities, and ensure safety and comfort in a faith-based, patient‑centered environment.

Required are a High School diploma or GED, Texas Nurse Aide Certification, and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Texas Nurse Aide Certification.
• Minimum one-year related experience.
• Knowledge of food serving, cleanliness and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Make frequent resident rounds to check comfort, safety and cleanliness.
• Maintain policy compliance with Buckner and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with implementation of the health care plan.
• Provide care including bathing, feeding, oral care, ADL support and mobility assistance.
• Provide cleaning/sanitary services for equipment and spaces.
• Document ADLs, intakes/outputs and other chart information.
